Terms and Code of Conduct Relating to Huddles
When you attend a Huddle, the following Terms and Code of Conduct must be followed to ensure that each individual has a productive experience. Violation of any standard may result in removal from the Huddle and repeated violations may result in suspension from future Huddles.
Peer Support
Huddles are focused on peer support. Huddles are not intended to be therapy or treatment of any kind nor intended to be mental health advice or to diagnose conditions.
Behavior
Each Huddle must be free of objectionable content and abusive participant behaviors. The following, without limitation, is behavior that will be deemed unacceptable:
- Posting or sharing material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful, offensive or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by ComPsych in its sole discretion;
- Posting or sharing any advertisements or solicitations of business;
- Posting or sharing personal contact information such as but not limited to email address, phone numbers, and social media links;
- Posting comments that are not related to the topic being discussed;
- Recording or taking any screen shots of a Huddle;
- Interfering with another attendee’s ability to express their opinions;
- Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying Huddles.
Treat Others with Respect:
Huddle participants should be respectful of other participants and the Huddle facilitator. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Communicating respectfully and using non-offensive language.
- Not monopolizing the time and allowing others to share their thoughts and ideas.
- Not speaking over another participant when they are talking. Actively listen to others without interrupting.
- Demonstrating empathy towards other participants, acknowledging that everyone’s experiences and perspectives are valid.
- Respecting others’ privacy and keep personal shared experiences confidential.
- Refraining from offering unsolicited advice and share from your own experiences, e.g. what strategies have helped you in the past.
- Being present. If you are participating in a Huddle, remove distraction and avoid multitasking.
Who Can Use the Platform
Huddles are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older.
By using Huddles, you represent and warrant that you meet the foregoing eligibility requirement and that your participation is entirely voluntary.
Confidentiality
Each Huddle must remain confidential. While you may share general information or helpful tips learned by attending a Huddle, for the benefit of yourself and others, you should not to discuss or divulge, orally or in writing, anything related to the identity of another individual or any personal information discussed in the Huddle. However, by participating in a Huddle, you understand that it is a group forum and ComPsych cannot guarantee confidentiality and ComPsych is not responsible for the actions of other participants.

If you think you may have a medical OR MENTAL HEALTH emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. HUDDLES ARE for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare provider with any questions regarding a healthcare issue.
ComPsych Rights
ComPsych reserves the right (but is not obligated) to any of the following:
- Investigate a report that any behavior does not conform to the Terms of this section;
- Remove content that is abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fails to conform with these Terms;
- Terminate a participant’s access to any or all Huddles upon any breach of these Terms;
- Monitor, edit, or disclose any content in the Huddle;
- Edit or delete any content irrespective of whether such message violates these standards.
Physical Exercises
During a Huddle, participants may have the opportunity to engage in certain physical exercises and movement-based relaxation exercise. Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and participating in this or any other exercise program may result in injury. By performing any of the exercises in this program, you assume all risks of injury from doing so. ComPsych is not responsible or liable for any injury or loss you may sustain by participating in an exercise program.
