Employee behavioral and mental health programs aren’t valuable if workers aren’t engaging with them. For some employee populations, this is a particular challenge, especially if computer or smart phone access outside of work is limited. To combat this, ComPsych recommends on-site programs, offering employees easier and direct access to resources in the workplace. This not only makes in-the-moment support more readily available to staff, it also increases the visibility of behavioral health and work-life services overall.
ComPsych offers two options for on-site programs: short-term counseling and work-life referral services, provided individually or in combination.
