CHICAGO – Mar. 29, 2021 – Today, FMLASource® (a ComPsych® company) released its summary report on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on employer absence programs. According to FMLASource data, leave usage increased substantially due to new pandemic-related leaves. Organizations with less than 500 employees were the most affected, seeing overall leave usage increase by more than 28%.
