Our programs go beyond treating the symptom of the moment to holistically addressing each aspect of well-being, whether emotional, legal, financial and beyond. Our in-house staff of lawyers, certified financial experts, coaches and resource specialists can offer immediate and expert help with these critical life stressors, which can serve as a powerful gateway to the broader program.
We are zealous about meeting people “where they are.” That’s why we offer care through multiple access points, including the ability to book a provider online or accessing our industry leading information, resources and digital self-care tools. Our multi-modal, “high-touch / hi-tech” approach ensures holistic services that appeal to all employees. Once connected to a provider, individuals can access care through a variety of live and telehealth care modalities.
We are committed to providing personalized and culturally responsive care, both through our staff and our provider network. Our diverse and uniquely talented workforce is 46 percent BIPOC and 75 percent female, located across four continents. At the point of intake, all individuals are encouraged to provide their care preferences, such as culture, language and gender. Our highly diverse network supports 200+ languages and is made up of providers experienced in treating a wide range of issues.

We maintain service centers and account management offices across the globe, which provide timely and localized support for our global customers’ locations. Our proprietary network of more than 120,000 providers located around the world ensures local access for employees and their family members seeking in-person or virtual counseling, delivered in the local language and with the appropriate cultural considerations. We measure resolution rates by session-model, tracking the client’s ability to resolve their issues within the EAP versus referral to the medical plan or other benefit. Our resolution rate is 94% for an eight-session model.
We offer 24/7 live access to experienced, master’s-level clinicians called GuidanceConsultants who assess participant behavioral health and well-being needs and connect with the right care, information and resources. The average time to connect live with a clinician is 19 seconds.

Our in-house staff of licensed attorneys, certified financial experts and experienced resource specialists can help participants with any work-life issue, saving them an average of 10.3 hours per work-life case.
Time to Care
With 24/7 clinical support, participants always get the right care, at the right time, and in the right way. We connect participants with in-person counseling/care in an average of three days, while virtual sessions can be accommodated in an average of two days.
Symptom Reduction
According to our book of business PHQ-9 results, 91% of individuals saw a reduction in depressive symptoms after treatment through ComPsych, while more than 89% saw a reduction in anxiety according to our GAD-7 results.
Absenteeism Reduction
According to our book of business Workplace Outcome Suite results, 83% of program participants saw a reduction in absenteeism, while reduction amounts averaged 33%. ComPsych® services are even more impactful when delivered to those with specific behavioral health conditions. For example, our services reduce absenteeism by 55% for those presenting with depression.
